ABOUT ME

My name is Nicholas Chang and I am an individual with passion in IT and like troubleshooting. I have 3/4 years experience in supporting a range of technologies such as, Windows 7,10 and Mac OSX in a wide range of industry. I have an interest in cloud technologies, infrastructure and security. When i am not playing with cloud, I like to play video games, watch movies and hang out with family and friends.

    Employed as a contract service desk to provide technical support to Government Agency. Some of the responsibilities includes, troubleshooting with SCCM with users, dealing with auzre application issues and assiting Windows Auto Pilot for new starter as well as Bitlocker and Windows 7,10 issues.
